My name is Yigi Chang. (pronounced liked : E. G.)
This photo is of a quaint Chinese restaurant called the Sugar Sweet Café. It’s a four minute walk for my house and my family has dining there almost three times a week ever since I was four years old. I think that in ten years, increased urbanization will bring in many new corporate franchisees for it to compete with. However I don’t suspect they will go out of business due to the strong following it has been building for over 15 years.
