What you see below is a picture of nature growing on rooftops of buildings in Toronto. This is known as green roofing. It is an environmental friendly movement that helps reduce heating, it filters out pollutants, and you can also grow fruits, vegetables and flowers. I think that in 10 years from now, the world will be more environmental friendly because the green roofing movement is becoming popular in modern architectural designs. I just hope that the majority of people start realizing that our world is falling apart, and as designers, we should start incorporating environmental friendly materials/messages within our designs.
